Terms and Conditions​

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Sageflow Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including access to our website, products, services, and templates. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and/or subscribing to any of our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Sageflow Studio offers professionally designed website templates tailored for health and wellness professionals. Our services include:

  • Custom website templates that are pre-designed for use by various professionals (e.g., coaches, therapists, yoga instructors, etc.).

  • Optional additional services, such as SEO, Google/Meta Ads, and other related offerings.

  • Ongoing website maintenance, support, and updates.

All templates are hosted on Wix, and you are provided with a subscription to maintain and access your website.

3. Plans and Pricing

We offer two primary subscription plans for the templates, with annual or monthly payment options:

  • Essential Plan: Includes basic website functionality and access to a pre-designed template.

  • Advanced Plan: Includes additional features such as customisation options, SEO, integrations, and optional extras.

Prices:

  • Essential Plan: £75/month or £765/year

  • Advanced Plan: £115/month or £1173/year

  • Annual plans offer a 15% discount compared to the monthly pricing.

By purchasing a subscription plan, you are agreeing to a contract for the duration of the plan (monthly or yearly). If you choose the yearly plan, you commit to paying for the entire year. Refunds are not issued for early cancellations.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through Wix Payments

  • Payment is due before the start of any service.

  • Payments for the Essential and Advanced plans are either monthly or annually and are automatically renewed at the end of the term unless cancelled.

  • If you choose to pay annually, your payment will be charged upfront for the full year.​

If you decide to cancel your plan, you may be eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy (see Section 8).

5. Templates and Design

  • Pre-Designed Templates: All templates are designed for specific types of businesses and professions within the health and wellness space.

  • Customisation: You are allowed to customise the templates as per the plan selected, but any major design changes outside the template’s capabilities may require additional fees.

  • Content Provided by You: You are responsible for providing your website content, such as text, images, and logos. If you do not provide content, we may use placeholder text and images.

  • Use of AI-Generated Content: If you opt for AI-generated content, it will be used as a placeholder or starting point, and you are responsible for reviewing and modifying it to meet your needs.

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, you will have full access to the website and content created using our templates. However, you do not own the template itself, which remains the property of Sageflow Studio.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when filling out forms and submitting content.

  • Compliance: You must ensure that the content you upload to your website does not infringe upon any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark) and complies with all applicable laws.

  • Third-Party Services: If you integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, payment gateways), you are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of those services.

7. Changes to Service

  • Template Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to the templates and services offered, including adding new features or retiring outdated designs.

  • Subscription Changes: If there are significant changes to the pricing or features of the plans, you will be notified before the change takes effect. You may opt to continue with the new terms or cancel your subscription.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Monthly Plan Cancellation: If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. However, please note that your website will be taken down at the end of the current billing period after cancellation, and you will lose access to your website. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the month after cancellation.

  • Annual Plan Cancellation: If you are on an annual subscription plan, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are available for early cancellations, and your website will remain accessible until the end of your billing period.

  • Website Access: By subscribing to either a monthly or annual plan, you agree that your website will be taken down immediately at the end of the billing period if you cancel your subscription. If you cancel before the end of the billing cycle, no further payments will be taken, but access to the website will continue until the billing period ends.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not available for any cancellation requests once a payment has been processed. If you cancel early, you will still have access to the website until the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sageflow Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. This includes any loss of data, revenue, or reputation, whether caused by third parties or otherwise.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Termination will result in the loss of access to your website and any associated services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Ownership and Rights

  • Website Ownership: Sageflow Studio retains full ownership of the website and its templates, including all intellectual property rights, unless the client explicitly purchases the website outright. By subscribing to a monthly or annual plan, you are granted a license to use the website and its services as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.

  • Outright Purchase Option: At the end of the first 12 months of your subscription, you have the option to purchase the website outright. The terms for this purchase, including the price, will be discussed at that time. If you choose to purchase the website, ownership will transfer to you upon full payment, and you will be provided with all necessary files and rights associated with the website.

  • Termination of Subscription: If you cancel your subscription before purchasing the website outright, the website will remain under our ownership, and access will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not retain any rights to the website unless an agreement to purchase is made.
